POLICE INCIDENT ON VIKING RD

🚨INCREASED POLICE PRESENCE ON VIKING RD🚨 (Feb 16)

~ 4:50 p.m.: All officers have now cleared the area and Viking Rd has fully reopened. There is no information on the nature of the call or whether any arrests were made.

~ 4:30 p.m.: RNC TRU officers were just observed entering a home on Viking Rd as part of the police response.

~ 4:20 p.m.: There is an increased police presence on Viking Rd, off Polina Rd. The cul-de-sac portion of Viking Rd is currently closed by the RNC as officers conduct their work in the area.

Polina Rd remains open and unaffected; however, motorists are advised to slow down while passing and follow all directions from officers on scene. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
