RCMP Searching for Wanted Man - Walter Mercer

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is looking to arrest 53-year-old Walter Mercer, who is actively evading police

Mercer is wanted on two counts of failure to comply with a Release Order and two counts of mischief damage to property under $5,000.
