Placentia RCMP Impound Unregistered, Uninsured ATV After Traffic Stop
RCMP NL Placentia RCMP impounded an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) Sunday afternoon, after learning that the vehicle had no registration or valid insurance and that the driver was operating with a suspended licence. On February 22, just before 2:30 p.m., an officer on patrol in Placentia conducted a traffic stop of an ATV operating on a roadway.
