CALL NATURE: ASSAULT
- On Friday morning (July 24th), At approximately 6:10 a.m; Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC)’s Patrol Services responded to a residence in the capital city’s west-end in relation to a disturbance. Officers arrived and conducted an investigation into the matter. As a result of the investigation, a 34 yr old male was arrested for assault and was held to appear in court.
CALL NATURE: BREACH OF COURT
- On Friday afternoon (July 24th), At approximately 2:25 p.m, Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC)’s Patrol Services responded to a business in the Mount Pearl area after receiving a report of an individual breaching court order. Officers arrived and observed the male, who was known to them, activity breaching the order by being at the location he was not allowed to be at. The 41 year old male was arrested and was held for court.
CALL NATURE: FOOT CHASE
- On Friday afternoon (July 24th), At approximately 3:35 p.m, Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC)’ Patrol Services were conducting routine patrols in the area of Livingstone Street and Carter’s Hill Place in downtown St. John’s, when officers observed a female, who was known to them. Officers were aware there were outstanding warrants for her arrest. As officers approached the female she fled, a short foot pursuit ensued and the female was apprehended. The 30 year old female was arrested and charged.
