RNC INVESTIGATING ALTERCATION ON THORBURN ROAD

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is investigating an altercation in the area of Wigmore Court and Thorburn Road in St. John’s Wednesday morning.


At approximately 8:30 a.m. on July 29th, officers with the RNC’s Patrol Services responded to an altercation in a parking lot of a business located on Thorburn Road.


Police say those involved in the incident are believed to have been known to each other.


The RNC confirmed that no charges have been laid at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
