A 39-year-old man is facing multiple charges following a disturbance at a business in the area of Thorburn Road in St. John’s Sunday evening.

At approximately 8:00 p.m. on September 6, 2026, members of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary’s Operational Patrol Services responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a business in the area.

As a result of the investigation, the 39-year-old male was arrested and charged with Property Damage, Causing a Disturbance and Breach of Probation.
