THREE PEOPLE SENT TO HOSPITAL AFTER SUV OVERTURNS

Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Bauline Line in the Town of Bauline on Saturday morning.

Shortly after 11:00 a.m. on April 25th, firefighters with the Pouch Cove Volunteer Fire Department, along with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and NL Health Services, were called to the scene.

Upon arrival, responders located an SUV overturned onto its driver’s side. Firefighters and paramedics assessed the three occupants, and all three were transported to hospital with what were described as minor injuries.

Bauline Line was closed to traffic while emergency crews managed the incident. The roadway was reopened later after the scene was cleared.
