Residential Fire Displaces Four in Conception Bay South

Conception Bay South, NL – June 15, 2025 – A residential fire on Chelsea Place has displaced four individuals but resulted in no injuries, according to the Conception Bay South Fire Department (CBSFD).

Firefighters were called to the scene shortly after 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Upon arrival, crews observed smoke coming from the structure. Firefighters quickly deployed attack lines and established a supply line to bring the fire under control.

While the extent of the damage to the home has not been detailed, officials confirmed that four residents have been displaced as a result of the incident. Emergency services have not reported any injuries.
