43-Year-Old Man Charged with Impaired Driving in Mount Pearl

A 43-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges following an incident in Mount Pearl on Saturday evening.

At approximately 7:00 p.m., police responded to a report involving a suspected impaired driver in the city. Officers located the vehicle and, following an investigation, arrested the driver.

The man has been charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of .80 or over. His vehicle was impounded.
