28-year-old woman arrested

A 28-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with an outstanding warrant following an incident in downtown St. John’s Saturday night.

On February 21, 2026, at approximately 10:40 p.m., Operational Patrol Services responded to a residence in the downtown area following a report of a wanted person.

Following an investigation, officers located and arrested the 28-year-old female without incident. She was charged with being Unlawfully at Large.

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court this morning.
