37-year-old man arrested Sunday morning

A 37-year-old man was arrested in the early morning hours of Sunday, February 22, 2026, following a call for service at a residence in Mount Pearl.

At approximately 2:19 a.m., Operational Patrol Services responded to a report of an unwelcome person at a home in the city. Upon arrival, officers located a male at the residence who was bound by court-ordered conditions not to be at that location.

Following a brief investigation, the 37-year-old man was arrested at the scene and charged with multiple breaches of his Release Order.

He was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court this morning.
