41-YEAR-OLD MAN ARRESTED ON WARRANT, FACES 12 THEFT CHARGES

A 41-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night in the east end of St. John’s after being located by patrol officers.

At approximately 10:00 p.m. on February 25, 2026, members of Operational Patrol Services observed the male walking along a street and were aware of an outstanding fail-to-appear warrant for his arrest. Officers also had additional charges pending.

He was arrested on the warrant and further charged with 12 counts of theft.

The male was held in custody to appear in court the following morning.
