MAN ARRESTED AFTER BREACHING COURT ORDER

On Monday evening (Oct 5th), At approximately 5:42 p.m, Members of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) Operational Patrol Services responded to a residence in the west end of St. John’s, following a report of a court order breach in progress.
The complaint reported that a 39-year-old male was subject to a court order requiring him to remain inside the residence unless accompanied by his surety.
Officers located the man in the downtown area without his surety. He was arrested and charged with three counts of breach of release order and one count of breach of probation.
The man was held for court in the morning.
