~ 2:10 a.m; Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are on scene on the eastbound Pitts Memorial Drive ramp leading to Richard Nolan Drive near Southlands, for multiple vehicles stuck on the ramp in the drifting snow.

Please remain away from the area as conditions are deteriorating.
