Two-Vehicle Collision on Torbay Road Causes Traffic Delays

A two-vehicle collision occurred just before 2:30 p.m. today on Torbay Road, in front of the Tim Hortons between Tiffany Lane and Macdonald Drive. The St. John's Regional Fire Department responded to the scene of the accident.


Emergency responders assessed the occupants of both vehicles involved, but the status and extent of any injuries remain unknown at this time.


The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) and a tow truck are on-site, working to clear the damaged vehicles and debris from the roadway. While traffic has been temporarily backed up in the area, the flow of traffic should resume shortly once the scene is cleared.


Motorists are advised to proceed



with caution and expect minor delays.
